Buffalo holiday daytrips - Food Bank of WNY benefit

On Friday December 9th at 7pm Friends of Harmony will be performing a benefit concert to celebrate the holiday season. "The important to budget travel is to approach onward. When it comes along to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved vacations and/or going to see new locations we have never been before, the truth of cost and budgeting is always in the back of our minds. Arranging and expending our travel budget wisely is a main concern for most families. Lowering spending and expenses, while still enjoying your vacation to its fullest, is the key to assured achievements and fiscal responsibility. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The thought regarding economizing money while journeying is simple: Even if your personal funds is highly small, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or leaving the homestead! Also thinking about that while traveling, whether on a finances or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a big vacation or travel charge!..". The performance will be held at 181 Lincoln Street in Depew. The building is located behind Antoinettes Sweets (on Transit Road) and is formerly known as Old Lincoln High School, now Southeast Works.

The Friends of Harmony are a diverse group of Western New Yorkers and Canadians with a Barbershop style of singing. This Friday the Friends of Harmony have gotten together with The Food Bank of Western New York and Food2Families to raise funds for those in need this holiday season.

The admission is $15.00 per person and all proceeds benefit the Food Bank of Western New York and Food2Families. Non-perishable food donations will also be accepted and appreciated at the door.
