Shreveport couple victims of motorcycle accident

Shreveport couple, Tim and Cindy Butler were in a serious motorcycle accident today when a pick up truck made a left turn in front of them. According to witness, and riding partner, TJ Peek, there was nothing they could do to avoid the collision. The couple were riding behind TJ when the truck pulled in front of them to turn into a gas station. It happened a few miles north of Campti and south of Coushatta. The couple were airlifted to LSUHSC in Shreveport.

TJ spoke to the paramedics on site and was told that the injuries probably look worse than they are. Tim's knee was messed up and his elbow was dislocated and Cindy probably has a broken collar bone. "The essential to budget travel is to approach in advance. When it happens to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved trips and/or going to see new places we have never been before, the truth of cost and budgeting is generally in the back of our thoughts. Organizing and consuming our travel budget correctly is a consideration for most families. Reducing spending and charges, while still taking pleasure in your vacation to its fullest, is the key to certain accomplishment and fiscal liability. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The reasoning regarding economizing money while vacationing is simple: Even if your personal budget is really limited, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or departing the homestead! Also remembering that while traveling, no matter whether on a finances or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a large vacation or travel expenses!..". They were both wearing full leathers and a helmet, and the paramedic stated that the safety gear did its job. Both were flung from the motorcycle, but thankfully were conscious.

Yet another sensless motorcycle accident in our area has occured, and just one week after Taylor Lindsay was killed on his motorcycle . Tim and Cindy are members of the Bossier City Harley Owner's Group. As information becomes available on the Butlers, I will keep readers informed.
