Live on the Levee is wrapping up this Friday, and I don't know about you, but this season has presented Charleston with a great number of artists! Having been to this event every year, I haven't been this impressed with the line-up since, well...ever! The night the Live on the Levee show lined up with Capitol City Biker Bash was icing on the cake as it provided a great atmosphere...the river, the music and a sleuth of surprisingly friendly bikers. Great job to the organizers this year!
Not to be outdone by other performers, but this Friday, August 31st will provide just as much entertainment as The Voodoo Katz and Greensky Bluegrass perform. The FREE show starts at 6:30pm, so why not meet up with some friends before at Five Guys and fatten up your waistlines with a juicy burger. The levee is then just a few steps away from Five Guys!
This Friday, Live on the Levee kicks off the weekend that leads up to the WV Games on Saturday and Sunday. Since the Regatta ended, the WV Games have presented a fun and family friendly event for residents and visitors alike over the weekend. Sort of like a local Olympics...minus the gold medals.
