Qwest Field Tours are a fun way to get down on the turf

My house is a Seahawks crazed house. Win or lose, we are true fans. So the day after Thanksgiving, we headed out to Qwest Field for a closer look. We met Pat and Harold, our tour guides, at the ProShop, as well as soccer and football fans from Slovenia, England, and Everett. And we toured through the home playing field of the Seahawks and the Sounders and were able to see behind-the-scenes where our favorite teams battle for glory.

We saw the suite areas, and the press areas for print, radio, and television. We saw where players gather with their friend and families post-game to eat together and celebrate (or commiserate). We visited the locker room for the visiting team and saw the room where the coach and players are interviewed post-game. We walked nearly a mile and saw stunning views of the Seattle skyline and the Puget Sound. For an hour and a half, we listened to Pat share a few stories and insider tips on how to get autographs and sit in a suite without paying more.
