Two tourists are still missing after a Ride the Ducks tour boat was struck by a city-owned barge yesterday afternoon. While 35 people were rescued from the Delaware River following the crash, a 16-year-old girl and 20-year-old man, both from Hungary, have yet to be found.
According to Philly.com, plans to send divers back into the rivertoday were nixed due to "strong currents and the murkiness of the waters," making a search of the submergedboat difficult. National Transportation Safety Board officials are currently working to determine how the accident happened.
