The Pink Bridal Show Nashville was chic, exciting and everything it promised to be. Producers Fred and Donna Jacob were catering and professional at all times and seemed very proud of the offerings represented at this years show. Each vendor was informative, well organized and beautifully presented. Not one bride went unnoticed. She was given special attention by extending merchants and by shows end she was much more informed about the undertaking of being a bride and hopefully much more prepared.

There is surely no reason she should not be prepared as there was a plethora of vendors suited to service the delicate needs of any bride to be. Following is a rundown of some of the standout vendors at this years Pink Bridal Show:

Planning:

Co-owner Ashley Hicks, of Wedding 101 said it best when she said, I dont see why every bride doesnt take advantage of a service like Wedding 101. Why? Because Wedding 101 is a free bridal service to all brides and grooms to be! Wedding 101 located inside The Factory in Franklin, TN is a one-stop-shop, wedding planning service. Over 80 thoroughly vetted vendors provide their services to Wedding 101.The approval standard is quite high if one wants the honor of being a Wedding 101 vendor. This way owners Ashley and Amy can ensure that brides and their families get nothing but the best. The folks at Wedding 101 make it super easy to get your wedding planning needs met. A bride can just drop in from Tuesday through Saturday or make an appointment for intimate one-on-one service. Either way, by the end of your first meeting at Wedding 101 Ashley states that she wants to hear, Ahhh signifying the relief you will feel knowing that your wedding day will go off without a hitch because it is in capable hands. Wedding 101 services and hours of operations can be found here.

Catering:

Food is a big part, if not the most important part of the wedding making for a really awesome or terribly woeful celebration. Unfortunately, wedding cuisine can be pretty pricey and often high end couture fare can look pretty but taste bland. Classic Fare Catering helps brides find tasty nuptial fare without destroying the budget. Friendly and kind service was the signature at Classic Fare at this years bridal show. The food and drink were manifique! And the prices were mind bogglingly low! Prices started at $11.00 per person. That price includes a protein, two sides a roll and punch. Not bad, if one considers many catering companies begin their most basic packages at $ 15.00 per person. You can find out all you need to know about budget friendly, tasty cuisine at Classic Fare

Rentals:

Party rental services were in abundance at the Pink Bridal Show. Many had spectacular exhibits that consisted of rustic tables, glistening chandeliers, and crystals flat ware. "The key to budget travel is to prepare onward. When it comes along to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved holidays and/or going to see new spots we have never been before, the actuality of cost and budgeting is always in the back of our minds. Considering and expending our travel budget correctly is a consideration for most families. Minimizing consuming and expenses, while still enjoying your vacation to its fullest, is the key to assured achievements and fiscal obligation. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The thought behind saving money while journeying is simple: Even if your personal finances is really limited, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or departing the homestead! Also recalling that while traveling, whether on a funds or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a big vacation or travel charge!..". One of the smaller exhibits, Liberty Rental, stood out for its friendly smiles and warm greetings. One other difference, office manager Pam pointed out, We offer just about everything. She stated that young brides this season are keeping up the recent trend of shabby chic and rustic ritzy. However, this company prides themselves on creating whatever event a pride could possibly think of. From the biggest to the smallest affair, Liberty Rental is committed to producing the most fantastic event every time. Even if the bride does not have a lot of money to spend they will work to make her day become the day of her dreams. Their motto is, Its all in the details Find out more right here.

Creations by Debbie was a standout party rental vendor because of its eye catching exhibit design. A tall colorful canopy and bellowing fabric put an exclamation point on the glitzy designs that Debbie and her staff produce. Creations by Debbie seemed high end but maintained friendliness and courtesy toward every potential patron. Her designs were very unique and just perfect for the bride who wants to stand out on her special day. For more information click here.

Gown and Bouquet Preservation:

An exhibit that was completely unique and unduplicated throughout the entire show was Flowers Forever, Inc. Certainly you have heard of gown and bouquet preservation, but you probably have not seen it done quite like this. Flowers Forever preserves your wedding day sentiments in a beautiful and one-of-a-kind way. They recommend that brides contact them to pick up the bouquet to be preserved as soon as possible; immediately after the reception would be great. Peggy Lowe, Middle Tennessee regional supervisor cautions against drying flowers and calling later as it is very hard to work with dried flowers. If you cannot get to Flowers Forever immediately, extend the life of your bouquet as long as you can by placing them in water and putting them in the fridge. Still, calling as soon as possible is necessary for the most pleasing out come. Silk flowers make a beautiful display as well, according to Peggy. Seeing is believing. Photography:

Hands down the service in greatest abundance was photography, making it hard to set just one apart. All seemed to provide superior service with highly skilled artisans at the helm. Spectacular exhibits greeted you at every turn with fancy photo books and LCD screens highlighting memories in a whimsical fashion. One merchant, Ted Logan, owner of Babies and Brides expressed great excitement for the craft even after a decade in bridal photography and an entire life time as a photographer at large. He smiled a gleeful grin, I love to do weddings. Many photographers do it for money, I do it because I love it. Ted is accompanied by a trusty assistant of 7 years who is by his side at every wedding. Brides will be happy to know that if you choose Babies and Brides, you wont be nickel and dimed by a tight time schedule. You hire Ted and his crew for a reasonable fee and his promise is I will be the last face you see before driving off in your limousine or your uncles old truck. With such a complete offering of vendors putting the best foot forward to provide all things bridal to engaged couples and their families, one would be hard pressed to add anything more to improve such a comprehensive line up. Only one suggestion could be considered for future Pink Bridal Shows to make a great show even better. Gather more vendors who are centered on esthetics like hair, make-up, nails and skin. There was one laser skin vendor, but surely brides, brides maids and mothers of the bride and groom would unquestionably enjoying the offerings of these special services as well.

All in all, the Pink Bridal Show was an abosolute success. If you missed it dont fret. Nashville residents can still get a chance to check out premier vendors and services for that big day at the Pink Bridal Show Murfreesboro on October 14, from 12-4pm.

Stay tuned for part II of the Pink Bridal Show Nashville 2012!
