Budget travel week in review - Thanksgiving airfares, Halloween in Sacramento, deals to Europe

Another week in travel finally saw Thanksgiving airfare sales for domestic flights. With Halloween around the corner, a number of Halloween events began this weekend in Sacramento (and are still going on). Also, there were other airfare deals for Fall and Winter. And despite the travel alert to Europe, there are some great travel deals for those wanting to go to Europe.

Tuesday

Continental offers cheap flights for Thanksgiving and Christmas with their holiday airfare sale - Continental became the first airline to offer airfares for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Check them out while the deals are still going on.

Cheap flights for Fall and Winter travel on Frontier, Southwest Airlines - While it's not for the holidays, Southwest and Frontier extended airfare deals and cheap flights into Winter.

Wednesday
