LGBT Visitor Center on Miami Beach Sponsored by MetLife (Photos)

The long awaited LGBT Visitor Center (Sponsored by MetLife) located in Miami Beach opened late last year and is ready for visitors, gay and straight. For the LGBT community and their allies, the Visitor Center has information on gay-friendly restaurants, bars, clubs, sites, and tours. The center is located in Old City Hall, on 1130 Washington Ave. (where you pay those pesky parking tickets.) The only LGBT Visitor run by a Chamber of Commerce, it is operated by the Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. "The essential to budget travel is to approach in front. When it comes along to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved trips and/or going to see new destinations we have never been before, the reality of cost and budgeting is always in the back of our thoughts. Organizing and spending our travel budget carefully is a concern for most families. Curbing spending and fees, while still enjoying your vacation to its fullest, is the key to certain success and fiscal responsibility. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The thought behind economizing money while traveling is simple: Even if your personal finances is incredibly tight, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or leaving the homestead! Also keeping in mind that while traveling, regardless of whether on a resources or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a large vacation or travel bill!..". It also houses The Michael Aller "Mr. Miami Beach" Community Conference Room, which is available to local non-profits. The center is sponsored by MetLife and furnished by IKEA.
