A strange thing is arriving at The Americana at Brand in Glendale this week. This Thursday and Friday, the first portable, life-size baggage claim is making its debut in L.A. Why is there going to be a baggage claim at The Americana?
The baggage claim is arriving as part of the festivities hosted by Chase Card Services and United Airlines in celebration of their new United MileagePlus Explorer Card. The new card offers a slew of great travel benefits, including up to 40,000 bonus miles, free checking for your first bag, and priority boarding privileges. And in honor of the cards launch, Chase and United are offering Angelenos the chance to win one of several exclusive travel prizes, representative of the new card benefits.
The life-size baggage claim will be at The Americana at Brand both Thursday, August 18 and Friday, August 19 from 11:00 AM 6:00 PM. "The key to budget travel is to plan in front.
