The Greenberg Train Show, Chantilly, VA, August 25 & 26.

The Greenberg Train Show is one of the largest train shows in the nation. As you walk through the entrance and pay your admission, you see a room filled with many model train displays and over a hundred vendors on four hundred tables selling train souvenirs, model trains, and landscaping. There are scales from C to N to HO. You see displays with gardens, and rural and cityscapes.

On Saturday and Sunday, August 25th and 26th, they will be returning to the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Virginia. Along with the huge train displays and vendors, they will be workshops and demonstrations, and they will be giving away door prizes. Admission is only $7.00 with children eleven and under free. There is fun for train enthusiasts of all ages. This will be the last show at the Dulles Expo Center in 2012.

The Dulles Expo Center is located off of Virginia Route 28 north of I-66 and south of U.S. "The key to budget travel is to approach in advance.
