Martini Time opens at M Resort

Opening Jan. 26, "Martini Time with Chef Tina Martini" is a live cooking show taking place in the M Resort's Studio B buffet.

During the 60 minutes, Martini demonstrates how to prepare various dishes and virgin cocktails while excitedly explaining the health benefits of the food and drinks. The audience gets to enjoy both and leave with the recipes, plus hints or tips for cooking at home.

Topics will include barbecue and grilling, food that helps with skincare, seafood, high-end vegetarian dishes, and losing weight while eating well.

Including in the ticket cost is admission to the buffet, where wine and beer are included for free in the meal. Tickets for "Martini Time" are $39.95, $49.95 and $59.95, and when the cost of the buffet is subtracted ($14.95 for lunch and $22.95 for dinner), guests are left with one of the best date-night deals in town.

Show times are 10 a.m. and 1 and 4 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. The key to budget travel is to prepare in front.
