Pinky's Passion Motorcycle Magazine April edition now available

Pinky's Motorcycle Passion LLC has released their second edition of the new magazine, "Pinky's Passion Motorcycle Magazine" The magazine provides entertaining, fresh new content for the motorcycle community, both locally and globally. In this issue, the Louisiana Lagniappe section features information on motorcycle handgun carry in Louisiana, Louisiana ABATE update, Magic Touch Bayou Customs in Shreveport, Secondhand Rose in Minden and the local favorite culinary delight - crawfish. "The important to budget travel is to plan onward. When it comes to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved vacations and/or going to see new locations we have never been before, the truth of cost and budgeting is always in the back of our heads. Planning and expending our travel budget carefully is a concern for most families. Lowering consuming and expenses, while still delighting your vacation to its fullest, is the key to assured accomplishment and fiscal liability. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The thought behind protecting money while touring is simple: Even if your personal funds is incredibly tight, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or leaving the homestead! Also thinking about that while traveling, regardless of whether on a funds or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a big vacation or travel charge!..". Also, a section dedicated to lady riders, the fastest growing segment of new motorcycle owners, has been incorporated into the layout, and features an article by National Motorcycle Examiner, Patty Nale Davis, titled "Getting involved to protect the rights of the motorcyclist". Also, in this section, one can read about Gloria Struck, a member of the Motor Maids whose painting by David Uhl was recently unveiled. This issue also features a review of Daytona Bike Week, "Steve Culp's Mechanical Planet" by Liz Swaine, and ride articles including Toledo Bend by Jay Fewless of J-n-J Sidecars and Trikes, The Dragon's Tail, Mt. Ranier and a four day California Tour by National Motorcycle Examiner, Ken Bingenheimer. Mary Baker is writing a novel in segments, Sunny Daze, about a lady rider and her struggles inside a motorcycle club. The first segment, printed in the premiere edition, is available for free at Pinky's Motorcycle Passion website.

A launch party for the magazine will be held on April 14, 2012 at Camp Joy Marina on beautiful Lake Bistineau. Events will start at noon and continue into the evening hours. The fun will include live music by Johnny B Bad, Karaoke, food, drink specials, biker games, tattoo contest, bike show and much more. There will be a 50/50 drawing with a donation made to the Louisiana Food Bank and Meals on Wheels. The Bud Light and Miller Light Girls plan to make an appearance, and three of the Biker Babe models will be on hand to autograph your copy of the magazine. Pinky will also be holding a model search at the launch party to select ladies for future issues of the Biker Babe section of the magazine. The model search competition will begin at 2pm.
