These are great competitively priced condos on the less busy, south side of Key West. For the same rate as a standard room a 2 star hotel a few miles from Duval Street, you can stay at this 3.5 star resort in a 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and free parking. That being said, the resort needs more adequate signage to get to the property (it is off the main drag of US 1, but part of a big complex with several other resorts, apartments, and a general store). The key to budget travel is to approach ahead. When it comes to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved holidays and/or going to see new locations we have never been before, the fact of cost and budgeting is always in the back of our minds. Arranging and expending our travel budget carefully is a main concern for most families. Minimizing consuming and expenses, while still savoring your vacation to its fullest, is the key to guaranteed achievement and fiscal liability. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The reasoning behind protecting money while travelling is simple: Even if your personal budget is incredibly tight, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or departing the homestead! Also recalling that while traveling, no matter whether on a funds or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a big vacation or travel charge!. It can't be compared to a 4 or 5 star property, with new fixtures and an in-unit washer and dryer, however, forthe traveller who will spend the majority of their time out and about this place is ideal. In comes equipped with full kitchen with4 barstools, spacious living room,HUGE deck and good size bedrooms. I will definitely be staying here again on my futuretrips, especially when bringing other guests. The drive to the most popular area of the island (the marina and Mallory Square) is just 10 minutes and the southern tip with mile marker 0 is just a quick 5 minutes. If you want free parking, quiet nights, a good value and don't mindolder furnishings, small tv's, and a hard to open sliding glass door thisproperty is for you! I rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
