Road trip favorite: Ozarks

After a great 9 hour day of riding around the Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas, it was time to catch a good meal. Scooters Restaurant at The Hub Motorcycle Resort about 11 miles outside of Harrison was just the place. Located along AR-7, arguably one of the best twisty roads anywhere, this place is well known locally and has been accused of serving up one of the best tasting hand cut rib eyes in the known universe.

Guilty as charged! Owned and operated by Randal and Debbie Phillips the Hub caters to bikers from all across the country who are out and enjoying the great riding found throughout the Ozarks. Scooters is open to riders and anyone else wishing to enjoy a great meal at a reasonable price.

The Hub has 50 modest rooms in assortments ranging from the King, the Double (2 queens) and the Triple (3 full size). The Hub is generally packed full of riders on holiday weekends and its easy to see why. Good rooms, great food and probably the nicest, most accommodating hosts youll find anywhere. If you find yourself in northwest Arkansas this place is a must visit meal stop or weekend base camp. Just keep in mind the Prime Rib is a Friday and Saturday only offering.
