Frank De Lima Performs Two Special Shows on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 9 at the Pagoda Hotel
The Pagoda Hotel is proud to present Frank De Lima in two "bust-out-laughing" special buffet shows in honor of Mother's Day, Sunday, May 9, 2010. One of Hawaii's most celebrated comedians, Frank De Lima will entertain your family with his unparalleled wit and humor during his "Da DeliMA DAY!" shows.
The brunch buffet begins at 10:30 a.m. with the Frank De Lima show to begin at 12:00 p.m. The price is $42.00 for adults and $18.95 for children (3-10 years old). The essential to budget travel is to prepare ahead. When it happens to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved trips and/or going to see new places we have never been before, the actuality of expense and budgeting is generally in the back of our thoughts. Planning and spending our travel budget correctly is a priority for most families. Both buffet menus will include delectable items such as island-style steamed fish, Shichimi garlic chicken, salads and desserts. For brunch, guests can indulge in carved-to-order roast sirloin of beef, eggs Florentine, Belgian waffles, fried rice and assorted breakfast meats. The dinner buffet will also offer selections of roast prime rib and Alaskan snow crab legs. The buffets and shows will be held in the C'est Si Bon Ballroom.
The Pagoda Hotel is located on 1525 Rycroft Street, between Keeaumoku and Kaheka Street. Convenient validated parking is available in the Ross parking structure, located off of Kanunu Street for $3.

Ruths Chris Steak House celebrates Mothers Day on Sunday, May 9 at all five Hawaii locationsRestaurant Row and Waikiki Beach Walk on Oahu, in the Lahaina Center on Front Street and The Shops at Wailea on Maui, and The Shops at Mauna Lani on the Big Island.
All moms will receive a special gift from Ruths Chris Steak House. In addition all moms will be eligible to win a STAYCATION a 2 night stay on their respective island and dinner for 2 at Ruths Chris Steak House.
All locations will be open from 4 p.m. for family enjoyment. The entire award-winning Ruths Chris menu will be offered all evening long, with its array of tantalizing appetizers, fresh salads, unbeatable steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and chops, signature side dishes and mouthwatering desserts. Each of the Ruths Chris Steak Houses island wide also will be offering chefs specials, including a Steak and Lobster combination for Mothers Day.

The Pacific Beach Hotel's Oceanarium Restaurant will serve Mother's Day weekend brunch and dinner buffets offering traditional menu selections combined with unique island creations. Celebrate your mom and let her indulge in one of four delectable buffets prepared especially for her. The Saturday dinner buffet will be offered from 4:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. On Sunday, the brunch buffet is from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and the dinner buffet will be offered from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. These buffets will include special dive show entertainment.
Mother's Day Brunch Buffets on Sunday
The famous Pacific Beach Hotel Oceanarium buffet offers an appetizer menu of fresh seafood, cheeses, soups and salads, pastas and more. Entree selections include chef-carved roast prime rib with au jus and creamy horseradish; snow crab legs; cedar-planked coriander-crusted salmon with a light kabayaki sauce; brined and roasted pork loin with caramelized apples; and Filipino-style seafood "Jambalaya" with longanisa sausage. The entrees will be complemented by Asian and omelet stations. Brunch will be topped off with a wide array of desserts including peanut butter banana cream cake, pass-o-guava haupia cream pie, Tropicana cobbler and macadamia nut crunch tiramisu.
The Sunday brunch buffet is priced at $38.95 for adults and $15.95 for children (5-10 years old). Children four and under are free with a paying adult.
Mother's Day Dinner Buffets on Saturday and Sunday
The dinner buffets feature the same wide, rich assortment of appetizers and desserts, and add special dinner entrees of chef-carved roast prime rib with au jus and maple-glazed turkey breast, chipotle giblet gravy; snow crab legs; petite flame-grilled alae'a sea salt New York steak, lomi tomatosea asparagus ponzu relish; and ginger-crusted chicken with lemongrass butter sauce and thai sweet chili lacquer. The dinner stations feature dim sum, seafood pasta and sushi.
The dinner buffet is priced at $41.95 for adults and $15.95 for children (5-10 years old) on both evenings. Children four and under are free with a paying adult.
