Douglas Fir Resorts has a limited number of rooms on sale in their Family Ski Getaway package. This deal even includes breakfast! The packages are available now through May, 2011.
Nestled in the Canadian Rockies, Banff is known for some of the finest skiing in North America, and the area is adjacent to world-famous Lake Louise.
This resort is located on Tunnel Mountain, 4 minutes above downtown Banff. Douglas Fir Resorts & Chalets is especially loved by kids, because the facility includes an indoor pool with two waterslides; dont worry, theres a separate pool for the grown-ups without kids. Theres also an indoor play zone, and all rooms have flat screen TVs ready for wii, Xbox or PS2 (bring your own equipment). Free wifi is also provided.
Room choices for the Family Ski Getaway package include:
- Studios starting at $231
- One Bedroom Condos starting at $250
- Loft rooms in the lodge starting at $240
- One Bedroom Condo with loft starting at $295
Each package is based on occupancy by two adults. Theres no extra cost for kids, but if two adults are substituted instead of the kids, the extra cost is $20/adult. All rooms have a kitchen and a fireplace (either wood-burning or electric). The package includes:
- 2 nights lodging
- 2 ski lift tickets
- 2 hot springs tickets
- Breakfast bundle delivered to your room, including bacon, eggs, juice and cereal.
