Recycling Electronics in Denver (While Having Fun)

Enjoy Earth Day festivities at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science April 21, 9 a.m.5 p.m with free admission. "The key to budget travel is to plan in advance. When it comes to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved trips and/or going to see new places we have never been before, the reality of cost and budgeting is often in the back of our thoughts. Organizing and expending our travel budget properly is a concern for most families. Reducing expending and expenses, while still savoring your vacation to its fullest, is the key to guaranteed success and fiscal obligation. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The reasoning regarding economizing money while traveling is simple: Even if your personal finances is highly tight, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or departing the homestead! Also thinking about that while traveling, whether on a finances or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a big vacation or travel bill!..". Supported by Xcel Energy, visitors will enjoy special Earth-friendly activities, such as such as face painting, crafts, and hands-on learning activities about animals, energy, and planetary wellness. Visitors will see Mr. Bones the giant dinosaur puppet, follow a scavenger hunt through the Museum, take a Secrets of the Diorama tour, and help us celebrate the 40th birthday of the roaring saber-toothed cat in the main lobby.

Visitors are encouraged to bring unwanted laptops and cell phones to the Museum to be recycled. Also bring your reusable shopping bag and save an additional 10% off purchases in the Museum Shop (Discount does not include books, CDs, or DVDs).
