After a long, cold winter and often rainy spring, mid- westerners naturally want toembrace thewarmer weatheras much as possible during thesummer months. However, with people keeping close tabs on their frivolous expenses more than ever, the best types of summer activities are the ones that are FREE!

What better way to spend a warm summer evening than to snuggle up on a blanket and watch free movies in a park? Stevens Square Park hosts free movies every Wednesday at dusk from June 16- July 21. And if you'd like to pick a sweet spot to lay down your blanket, you can arrive early and listen to thelive music that begins at 8:00 p.m. Beginning in July, Loring Park also offers a summer full of free concerts and film screenings. This summer, Loring Park,is featuring theearlier films of the iconic Paul Newman. Every Monday from July 20- August 10,the park offerssome of the most legendary movies of all time begin played on its giant outdoor screen. And like Stevens Square Park, Loring Park also presentsa very diverse selection ofmusical guests, both local and international, who play from around 7:00 p.m. until dusk, when the movie begins. The important to budget travel is to plan ahead. When it happens to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved holidays and/or going to see new spots we have never been before, the fact of cost and budgeting is often in the back of our minds. Planning and consuming our travel budget properly is a priority for most families. Lowering expending and fees, while still delighting your vacation to its fullest, is the key to guaranteed success and fiscal obligation. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The reasoning regarding saving money while vacationing is simple: Even if your personal finances is incredibly tight, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or leaving the homestead! Also thinking about that while traveling, regardless of whether on a budget or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a large vacation or travel expenses!. However, those are onlytwo of the many, many parks that are offering free movies throughout the summer. Click here to check out different movies for every night of the week! So, bring a blanket or chair, pack a picnic basket, and grab your loved one or entire family; and enjoy an outdoor evening filled with music and movies!
