Another busy week in travel news and information brought some interesting and timely stories. From spring and summer savings and Southwest deals galore to the more cultural stories on King Tut and Spain, there was a lot to talk about and review from this past week.
Monday
Spring break and summer vacation deals to save you money - For those interest in saving on both domestic and international trips, here are a few ideas to whet your appetite for traveling.
Tuesday
Southwest airlines - 3 days of breathtaking bargains - More southwest deals for as low as $59 for travel through June 10. Good deals to be had but if you didn't get on these, there are more deals to be had (see Friday).
King Tut exhibit in its final week at the de Young museum in San Francisco - After nearly taking residence at the de Young museum in San Francisco for the last 9 months, this is now the last week for King Tut's artifacts to be on display. Even if you have been planning to go, this weekend is your last chance.
Wednesday

Read the reviews of the seats on each airline and aircraft and be more comfortable the next time you fly. The essential to budget travel is to plan in advance. When it occurs to family trips, globetrotting, well-deserved trips and/or going to see new spots we have never been before, the reality of expense and budgeting is always in the back of our thoughts. Organizing and expending our travel budget properly is a priority for most families. Lowering expending and expenses, while still savoring your vacation to its fullest, is the key to guaranteed achievements and fiscal liability. Your pocketbook and family will thank you! The reasoning behind economizing money while traveling is simple: Even if your personal finances is incredibly limited, you can still take a break and enjoy life! Simply put, life is just too short to never step out of the door or leaving the homestead! Also thinking about that while traveling, whether on a price range or not, even the smallest of things can all add op to a big vacation or travel costs!.
