Alaska Airlines and Jet Blue took the top honors in the recent J.D. Power and Associates North America Airline Satisfaction Study 2009. The study revealed Alaska Airlines to have the best in customer service among traditional carriers for the second consecutive year. The key to budget travel is to plan in front.
