Denver deals for Valentines Day

The last few days has turned up several good deals for the Denver area. Is anyone still in the market for a Valentines gift?

If youre not a member of the Denver Posts Denver Daily Deals, you might want to reconsider. Todays deal is $29.00 premium tickets to the Colorado Symphony Orchestra concerts February 26-27, March 4 -5 and March 11-12. Premium tickets to the Symphony are regularly $80.00 per seat. Go to Denver Daily Deals and purchase up to 4 ticket vouchers. You need to redeem the voucher at least 72 hours in advance of the selected concert by calling or visiting the CSO box office. There are a limited number of seats for each performance, so dont delay. This deal is only good until Wednesday, February 9.

The Travelzoo folks have been very busy pulling together deals for Denver. Theyve negotiated a deal with Baurs Ristorante, offering a 4 course meal for 2 for $59.00. Baurs is located about a block away from the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, 1512 Curtis Street, making it a great venue before or after a concert. Regularly, this dinner date costs about $125. Choose from the regular menu Zagat gives Baurs high marks for the excellent atmosphere and delicious American fare with Mediterranean accents. Go to the Travelzoo site and click on Local Deals, Denver. This deal is available until February 14, or until the vouchers sell out.

Also on the Travelzoo Local Deals page is a helicopter tour of the Denver area, courtesy of Rotors of the Rockies. This is a 30 minute ride for two above our great city, either day or night.
